I am a senior electrical engineer who is experienced in managing Instrumentation and Maintenance team in one of the biggest oil field company Schlumberger, where I was able to develop my management and technical skills. I have also developed people skills ; maximize the individuals support to the business while developing the individuals required skills, scheduled the team work to meet the deadline, solve problems and make quick decisions based on strategic thinking which was the key that drive our organization into the right direction. Self-motivation, creativity, leadership and teamwork are gained and valued through my experience in the field.
