RESPONSIBILITY: Working as Shift In charge Involved in control room DCS operation to check smooth operation and also in field operation for trouble shooting and general maintenances of boiler and turbine so as to get the maximum of its efficiency without any troubles.

Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation.

Planning of effective maintenance schedule of boiler, turbine and their auxiliaries like condenser, ejector, cooling tower, air compressor etc.

Coordinating the different department and working people.

Emergency handling of Boiler and turbine.

Handling all the activities during unit shut down.

Manpower and equipment handling & proper utilization.

I’ve to also look after for the boiler and turbine preparation for its start up after shut down. Preparation of monthly reports for running plant and submit to higher management.

Development of tools for trouble free operation and avoiding the no. of trips of running plant.
