I Guided the owner, (who is also the pharmacist there) with my technique(s) on what makes me successful at my job and how to get the job done in a highly respected manner. I trained her and, reshaped her business and patient-care approach. On top of that, I recruited a temporary student assistant for an opening at her clinic, in which helped both of them out respectfully. I let her shadow my approach to help make her successful and, to make business boom.
