Attending customer and helping them for their concern and refer it to the appropriate person and provide full administrative support to concern department.

Scheduling service appointment and assisting customer in a courteous manner from receiving of car to complete the work process up to delivery of vehicle and after sales/service follow up.

Arranging and provides replacement vehicle to customer in different brand/model and vehicle type category from small car to luxury unit. Responding to client phone inquiries, email, as well as resolving problems or customer complaints.

Performs daily follow up calls reminder to clients in regard to expiry due rental vehicle.

Conduct weekly follow up calls and sends email reminder to clients about the outstanding payment (Customer Statement of Accounts). Communicate and negotiate with all the debtors in terms of pending payment.

Conduct and run weekly report of service due vehicle and remind customers for the next periodic service maintenance through telephone calls and send email reminders.

Give assistance to customer from preparation of rental agreement, explaining of rental terms and conditions procedure, up to closing of contract on returning time.

Perform vehicle inspection checklists both interior and exterior, including tires, marking of damages from wire frame in the iPad using installed oracle applications.

Perform cashier duties like handling and receiving of payments, security deposit from customer and refund process. Taking care and accountable for the supervision of available cash fund and preparing of daily report of entire daily cash flow and card transactions.

Creating customer profile or opening new account with the complete ownership information as well as monitoring and updating details of existing customers.

Finding records for all traffic contraventions by leasing customer and short term rental vehicle.

Accountable for the proper handling of the master list daily report, were the entire incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions are logged.

The Management decided to open a new

business later in year 2010 called

"Kanoo Daily Rental" dealing with short

term rental vehicle (daily, weekly &

monthly). I was selected and had the

honor to start and manage the business

and successfully supervised to lead the

team. This kind of oppurtunity has been

a big success for me.

Now, I am currently holding the position
