I joined as an on roll employee Jan’16 and moved into HR ops from HR Recruiter in Oct’17 for various clients. Company Profile:-

We process over 36,000 payroll records per month. We provide customized workforce solutions and contribute to client's success. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handing team of 3 members and managing Payroll and recruitment process of PAN India. And also managing all responsibilities from joining till exit of more than 1500 off role employees working in various clients.

Client: Abbott Health care, Ericsson, Vodafone Idea, Samsung, Sony Mobile, Syngenta India Ltd, Lotus Herbal, Luxor writing, Xiomi, Myntra, Escorts Ltd.,HUL,Kent RO, Ceragon Networks. Attendance and Leave Management:

Leave management and maintaining attendance records for each and every employee.

Consolidating the attendance & checking the employee leave record, if there is any mismatching in the leave

Issuing warnings to late comers and bringing the same to the notice of seniors. Solving employee’s attendance and leave related queries.

Payroll & compensation Management:

Handling payroll part, updating and keeping track of payable days, variable pays etc.

Keeping track of different compensation benefits like full attendance bonus, referral bonus, performance bonus, insurance benefits, joining bonus, comp off pay etc.

Helping employees in understanding their pay structure and payroll policies.

Issuing Pay slips, solving employees’ queries related to salary. HR Compliance:

• Ensuring HR Compliance. Hands-on experience in EPF, ESI., Bonus, Maternity Benefits, insurance.

• Keeping track of ESI, GIP and Personal Insurance. Recruitment & Selection:

Assessing the client’s future staffing requirements over the short, medium and long term.

Handling entire gamut of Recruitment for FMCS, Distillery, Pharma, Retail, Telecom etc.

Recruiting Talents from various sources like job Portals (Naukri), job Posting, social media networking (Facebook, LinkedIn), Head Hunting & Referrals, walk-ins etc., to optimize recruitment cost.

Arranging and managing walk-in drives, bulk hiring, taking telephonic and F2F interviews.

Negotiating with candidates for offer & Remuneration. Induction & on boarding /Orientation:

Designing the Induction program and conducting the same for new recruits at all levels. Induction program Includes, Joining Formalities, Company Profile Introduction to all departments and Explaining company policies and procedures.

Preparing New Joiner data for Employee Code generation and HRMIS

Pre-Employment Screening/Background Verification

Issue offer and Appointment letters.

Orientation to new joiners & ensuring their smooth induction & assimilation into projects. Employee engagement:

Continuous interaction with employees to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated

Rewards & Recognition- Taking disciplinary action as and when required and involved with the introduction of Suggestion scheme.

Generating and distribution of confirmation letter, Increment letter.

Employee Engagement, open house meets with associates. Reimbursements:

Keeping track of all conveyance, travel, mobile and other reimbursements.

Verify all supporting.

Ensure for timely payout.

Administration & Operations:

Managing Branch related Admin activity

Vendor management Like security and H/K staff, Water purifier, Canteen, courier etc.

Handling Petty cash Expenses.

Clearance of bills of vendors.

Co-ordination with vendors for issuing ID & Access cards. Exit Management:

Timely Full and Final Settlement of employees - Exit Interview and Clearance Formalities. Database management:

MIS and Database of existing & resigned employees.

Database management of CVs or walk-ins.

Knowledge of V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Table Concatenate and all logical formulas.
