Projects include new schools and modernization of existing educational facilities, tenant improvements, retail spaces, high-rise office structures, industrial facilities, hospitals, public works projects, telecommunication centers, reconstruction projects, and restoration projects. Superior oral and written communication, coupled with technical knowledge enables projects to be completed on time and within budget. LUNDGREN MANAGEMENT (Valencia, CA) — Regional Manager/Senior Project Manager, 2003-2005
Directed multiple school districts with facility modernization. Additional responsibility consisted of complete restructuring while assuring schools remained in operation. Field Staff consisted of five Project Managers and fifteen Field Superintendents, with budgets ranging from $13 million to $50 million.
3D INTERNATIONAL (Los Angeles, CA) — Senior Construction Manager, 2001-2003
Construction Manager and Owner’s Authorized Representative on multiple renovation projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District. This multi-year project had a total budget of $5 billion.
