From August, 2015 till date working with HIND OFFSHORE PRIVATE LIMITED located at Ballard Estate as Executive Legal & HR. (3 Years 8 months)

Drafting and vetting of various Agreements like MOU, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Deed, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bonds, Shipping Contracts.

To take instructions from Director & upon instructions carry out changes in the Agreement.

Co-ordinate with internal department & take instructions from them.

Co-ordinate with external outsource lawyers.

To keep track of Court cases and prepare MIS sheet & update on monthly basis.

Inspection of the Deeds and Documents, title search and drafting of legal notices.
