CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

A premier sales performance and third-party labor (3PL) business partner that specializes in Retail Operations Management, New Product and Service Launch Strategies, Sales Performance Programs and Sell-Through Strategies for big box retailers, wireless carriers, broadband providers, and consumer goods manufacturers. TROC also owns and operates over 100 T-Mobile Premium Retailer (TPR) locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Joined TROC startup group in 2008 and challenged with sales development, sales and marketing initiatives, new product and service launches, increasing brand recognition and service demand across multiple clients. Directed and supported third party labor initiatives, implemented and directed the sales, operations and technology integration process.

Built and led ground-up operation to exponential sales and client growth year-over-year since inception

Prominent role in the success of TROC operations; actively contributed to the acquisition of new accounts and effective support of clients’ initiatives

Apple selected TROC as their only 3PL provider to support new product launches, sales initiatives, and consumer goods training for all major tier 2 wireless carriers across the country.

Cricket engaged TROC to grow from a small regional carrier to a national carrier and the eventual purchase by AT&T. Actively involved in Customer Relationship Management CRM development of Mobile Insight, a field force management application, including beta-testing and super-user for TROC clients to provide time-stamped business intelligence.

Transitioned TROC manual operations to a paperless office environment, which resulted in substantial cost savings, staff efficiency, data and reporting accuracy.

Enhanced employee onboarding experience by implementing an internet-based employee self-onboarding process serving approximately 2000+ employees-users across clients in 40 states and PR.

Nextel Communications, Inc. was a wireless service operator with over 20M subscribers in the USA, serving 198 of the top 200 markets; it merged with Sprint Corporation in 2005. Promoted and entrusted with expanding business and services throughout the entire retail channel.

Grew Retail Channel from 1.7% of Nextel’s Total Sales in May 2001 to +22% in March 2004.

Increased store locations from 203 in May 2001 to 645 locations in March 2004, a growth of +300% in less than three years as a member of the National Retail Store Expansion Team.

Awarded the ‘Circle of Excellence’ in 2002; highest honor for a non-sales support position.

Led the channel analysis team to impact key metrics of profitability, sales, and revenue by identifying areas of opportunity and developing dormant markets, as a result, the retail channel was Nextel’s highest producing, low cost distribution source.

Every year the channel exceeded budgeted expectations for all key metrics of profitability, sales, and revenue.
