Title : Picric acid.

Description : Our project is aimed to produce 12000 kg of picric acid from the reactant Dinitrophenol, Sulfuric acid and Nitric acid. We have designed S.S Reactor, Filter Press, H.D.P.E Vessel and Solvent extractor to produce 2,4,6-Trinitrophenol. Current job profile:

A. Job responsibilities:

• To perform and ensure that proper documentation is maintained as per the requirement for the Manufacturing.

• Online updating of Log books and BMR.

• To co-ordinate with the warehouse for proper dispensing of materials and with QA for necessary approval to facilitate further processing of the product.

• To co-ordinate with engineering services for necessary maintenance of the production equipment for a smooth run of the production lines and ensure through engineering department for proper supply of utilities for production.

• To ensure all the equipment in the department are in the validated and calibrated status.

B) Good working experience:

Performing and monitoring of product processing area activities such as-

• Autoclave & Components preparation.

• Compounding

• Nanomill

• Manufacturing tanks.

• Positive iolator.

Calibrations:

• Calibration of weighing balance.

• Calibration of guages.

• Calibration of anolog valves.

Documentation:

• Data entry in BMR.

• Online documentation handling.

Computer knowledge:
