Job Description:

Recruitment:

Understanding the manpower requisition from the concern department.

Matching the requirement with approved Organization chart.

Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.

Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.

Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.

Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.

Negotiation with Candidates about CTC.

Taking Approval from H.O.

Issuing offer letter or letter of intent to selected candidates.

Induction & Onboarding:

Issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies.

Properly filing relevant document of the new joinee as required.

Preparation of Personal Files .

Circulate Joining announcement of new joined to all employees

Providing Joining kits i..e..Mobile Sim, PPs.

Coordinating with IT team to get his email Id made.

Arranging 2-3 days Induction & Orientation program of new joinee.

Opening bank accounts for salary.

To get fill probation appraisal form of new joinee after completion of 6 months, from Concern HOD.

Attendance, Leave Records & Payroll:

Keeping a track of the attendance of all employees.

Maintaining Leave Record.

Preparation of Salary sheet at the end of every month & Send to H.O.

Communication with H.O. about employees issue regarding PF, Emeditek .

Processing Joining expenses & Relocation Bills

Prepration of mobile bills & Processing for payment to Account deptt.

Maintaining register of water supply from KRBC.

Exit Formalities:

Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning.

Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them.

Issuing no dues certificate for clearance from all department.

Helping the person to be relieved properly.
