Academic Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class in Machine Shop Technology as Elective (State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu).

CONSTRUCTION

Planning, Study ISO &P&I Drawing scheduling and executing the assigned job as per the required standards like ASME, ANSI and API.

Follow up with Engineering for technical quires raised according to site condition.

Monitoring the routing of piping and preparing as built drawings and approval from client.

Check for correctness and completeness of fit-up and realize for welding.

Documentation and inspecting the fabricated spools in Fabrication shop.

Handling material like stainless steel (316L, 319, 319M.), Carbon steel, Low tensile carbon steel LDPE, GRE.

Coordinating for materials according to Bill of materials in ISO drawing with material controller.

Preparing the method statement for the job to be executed at site and Fabrication shop

Participation in TRA meeting for the job to be executed at site and Fabrication shop

Mobilizing work force to site according to site requirement.

Co-ordination with client for inspection according to RFI checklist.

Identifying the material as per the drawing and arranging prior to the job.

Lead the crew members and perform the activities in the field through following the HSE standards for the successful completion of the job within or before time period.

Erection and master leveling of rotating and static equipment as per the project design.

Preparing the test packs system basis or sub system basis for different types of leak tests.

Fabrication of polypropylene piping with FRP lamination.

Co-ordination with client, package vendors, updating work progress, managing workforce.

Fabrication of well head on plot and off plot piping spools.

Installation of Flow line from wellhead to lateral (steam injection, water disposal and production wells).

Installation of Main lateral headers for water, production, steam and oil (coated and non- coated pipe).

Fabrication, installation of cellar grating and well head fencing.

Fabrication and erection of plant piping works with supports.(Gas plant, power plant, desalination plant)

Fabrication and erection works of steel structure as per ISO metric drawing and project standards.

PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING

Lube oil Flushing Leak test and chemical cleaning of pipelines.

Pre-commissioning of rotary and static equipment like preservation, lubrication, final box-up

MAINTENANCE

Maintenances carried out in various vessels like separator, reaction furnace, absorber column, strainer in Gas de- hydration unit and Electrostatic precipitator in chemical plants.

Hydro jetting activities of vessel, exchangers and well manifold.

Cleaning and repair works carried out in tank battery-well manifold.

Preparation of estimates as per scope of work with approved manpower rates.

Attending shut down call outs as per requirement

Carrying out Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, pigging & flushing of pipeline.
