2.From 16.01.2012 to 31.03.2014
I worked with Visa Power Ltd (2x600MW) thermal power plant), as a Divisional Manager-EHS & Fire, I was looking after all the functions related with safety, like Civil/Mechanical/Electrical- Fabrication, Erection and of Commissioning work of Boiler, CHP & WTP, total construction safety of Thermal Power Plant.
3.From 16.02.2011 to 10.01.2012
I worked as a “Manager, Safety” (Head Safety & Health) at EPC-MNC - FLSmidth Pvt Ltd. Manufacturer, Supplier, Erection & Commissioning work of Cement & Minerals’ Plants, I was looking after all the functions related with safety, like Civil/Mechanical/Electrical- Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning work, I have worked at TATA Power Plant, Bhuj, Gujarat (Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd) as a EPC for CHP - erection & commissioning of 15 Km long Coal Conveyor system on behalf of FLSmidth Pvt Ltd.
4.From 28.08.2008 to 08.02.2011
I worked as a Sr. Manager (Safety) Head of safety deptt with Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.(Jaypee Sidhi Cement & Power Division) Sidhi, MP. I was looking after all the Safety Functions related with construction & Process safety of Thermal Power Plant (Cap35MW & 2x60MW), besides of this I was also looking after all the Process safety of Cement plant (cap 2X2MT) & one Lime Stone Crushing Plant also.
5.From 12.10.1992 to 25.08.2008
I worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Allahabad – Petrochemical Plant (POY Manufacturing Division). I was started my career as a “Diploma Engineer Trainee” and grown up to Manager (Safety) with RIL. RIL Allahabad is a “BSC 5 star” rated company and the Manufacturer of Polyester Filament Yarn and specialty yarn, by using chemicals/Petrochemicals like - PTA, DMT and Ethylene Glycol (Methanol was bi product) etc. I was looking after all the Industrial Process Safety functions like Preparation and revision of safety Policy, Safety manual, on site emergency plan, SOPs, Risk analysis (HIRA), Job safety analysis, Plant safety Inspection Convening safety committee meeting, fire fighting, liaisioning with Govt. officials, Managing different types of safety training for SHEF, Conduct Safety Audit, ReSTOP Audit, shut down & startup procedure, LOTO system, Others Safety promotional activities like Mock drill, Safety week celebration and fire safety week celebration, different types of monitoring related to Safety, health and environment & fire like whole body vibration monitoring, dust & noise monitoring & their remedial measures, ergonomics, safe disposal of hazardous chemicals, maintained housekeeping, worked on 5’S’, BSC 5star audit, suggestion scheme, new project like Engg constructions (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical works) etc.
