Scope of Works: Construction of Basement, ground and typical eight floors (B+G+8F) building complex including all civil, mechanical, electrical, external, internal road network, hard & soft Landscaping and Irrigation Works.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing, submitting and agreeing of monthly interim valuation.

Identifying and processing the variation from the Engineer’s Instructions (EI), Request for Information (RFI), Revised Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and Comments on Shop Drawings (SD)

Quantity take off, preparation of BOQ and material enquiries.

Evaluating, adjusting the cost of variations with the Engineer.

Verifying Subcontractor’s interim payment applications and preparing Subcontractor’s payment certificates.

Undertaking Joint Measurement with Subcontractors and the Engineer for evaluations.

Preparing and issuing Variation Orders (VO) to Subcontractors.

Conversant with Conditions of Contract – FIDIC and Method of Measurement such as POMI and SMM7.
