Statutory Audit; Acts as liaison by addressing and resolving all queries from auditors promptly to conclude the audit field work on time with minimal outstanding items.

Standalone ownership of legal entities from Audit engagement letter to management representation letter and financial reports, thereby also following up with different stakeholders to get the FS approvals: Tax, TP, legal etc.
