Inspect the Deburring and Filing process to find out the defects on the welding joints.
Ensure a First off inspection and give to the approval of mass production.
Visual inspection at the Parallelism process to ensure the Dial gauge reading as per spec.
To check the cutting land as per spec in the Cutting edge process.
100% inspection by QC team at final inspection process.
Make an Inspection report and got approval from the respective departments.
To check the Run-out at Parallelism machines and report to the maintenance department.

Monitoring daily Customer and In-house quality issues and taking necessary action for reducing process rejections.
Monitor the 5S at End of line on the shop floor.
Preparation of audit schedule for Layered Process Audit, follow up of LPA audit completion and closure of NC.
Making Q-Point for recent customer complaints and give training to operators.
Doing ICA follow up verification for the previous customer issues.
Quality concerns discuss with customers and aware to the QA Inspectors and Operators.
Verify the Machine Parameter Report, Operator Issues Tracking Sheet and First-off Approval Report and Final Inspection Report at the End of line.
Quality Notice update with the 8D report to Supplier Quality Tracking System.
Monthly updating of Quality Metrics with RPPM, DPPM and IPPM issues with action plan.
Daily Attendance and Over Time were tracking to the QA Inspectors.
Make a shift schedule at every week and LPA schedule at every month.
Receive the RTV materials and sort by rework & rejection materials. Rework material done with online and Rejection material move to scrap.
Location moving activities in QAD for the customer return materials.
Minutes of Meeting (MOM) discuss with customers and solve the major issues quickly.
Raise the Yellow card and Red card for the system violation.
Stock matched with Physical vs System in Perpetual Inventory and Wall-to-Wall at QAD. KEY PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
