Due to my spiritual beliefs and my father's involvement in ministry, I understand the importance of conducting business and sales with the highest levels of ethics and integrity. My District Manger from Pfizer taught me to use a strength based management style when working with my team and my clients to emphasize the importance of believing in yourself and influencing others to do their best. I will apply my education, experience, and my ability to work with a diverse group of people using a unique adaptive communication style that has been proven to be successful with physicians and the medical community.
