HR Onboarding Coordinator VICTRA, Raleigh, NC March 2018 to March 2019 Provided support for onboarding and training services for all new hires in 350 stores in the west coast region. VICTRA is the #1 authorized retailer for Verizon and has over 5,000 employees and 1,000 locations nationwide.

Utilized the applicant tracking system to ensure timely hiring and effecting onboarding.

Onboarded 40 to 50 new hires weekly that resulted in 2000 new hires over the year.

Continued to work with new hires for the first 90 days to get feedback and to ensure an effective onboarding experience.

Worked with store managers to eliminate inconsistent I-9 execution. All new hires are consistently 100% compliant with I-9 requirements.
