My name is Kristina Ryan, Pharm.D. & I currently work for Walmart Pharmacy in Georgetown, KY. I began my career with Walmart as a Floater Pharmacist for 1 year before being offered the job as a Pharmacy Manager in Georgetown. Prior to working for Walmart, I worked for CVS Pharmacy for 14 years beginning as a cashier then working my way up to Pharmacy Manager. While working at the CVS as the manager I worked with Visal Heng at 2 different locations, Georgetown & Paris. Visal was an exceptional employee who I would hire again if given the opportunity. He exemplified all the characteristics of being an outstanding employee in several ways. Attitude can make or break an employee & Visal had the right attitude. Working with the public can be challenging because you deal with many different personalities. When you are working with people who are sick, it can be that much more of a challenge. Visal rose to that challenge with each & other customer he helped. He always kept a positive, cheerful attitude despite how the customer treated him. Dependability is required for any job & Visal was always dependable. Not only was he present for every shift, he would come in on days off, stay late, or travel to another store if asked. In a healthcare profession like pharmacy, our patients need & deserve employees who are empathetic with them & their situations. Visal displayed empathy with all of his customers. Time management is also a trait that Visal excelled at. While he worked in the pharmacy, he was also a full time student. He maintained good grades & participated in social activities while working which demonstrated he can multi task which is important to most jobs.
I hope this letter demonstrates why Visal Heng would make a great employee. Please feel free to contact me if needed. I appreciate you giving Visal an opportunity to work for your company. Sincerely,
Kristina Ryan, Pharm.D.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to recommend Visal Heng as a candidate for your position of pharmaceutical sales. I have known Visal for approximately four years and can speak strongly of his work ethic, ability to work as a team member, and motivation. Visal has been a technician for my company for the entire four years that I have known him. I have worked with him on numerous occasions. He has always come to work with an exellent disposition, motivation to learn, and a strong desire to work. He has been a very hard worker since day one and is always the first person to offer to help out in anything. He will always step up without even being asked and always completes her tasks in a timely fashion. Visal will always come to work with a smile on his face and is excellent with the customers.
Visal works well with all other members of the staff. He will help out in any way possible, even if the task does not directly involve him. To me, that is the type of person I want working with others in my profession.
Visal is a highly motivated individual. He will work very hard for you and will have a great attitude while doing it. Thank you for your time. Thank you,
Shannon Price, PharmD
