MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice handling various legal matters and the court cases in areas relating to corporate, commercial, labor, real estate, construction, criminal, civil, family, medical, IP ... .etc.,
•Particularly handling disputes, negotiation, preparation,
•Have knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with, government and/or non-government entity particularly.
•Ability to provide independent advice (orally and in writing) to top-level management on highly technical matters;
Review and draft all contracts including but not limited to; SPA, DMA, Leasehold Agreement, NDA, MOU, MOA, JV, PM, FM Facility management, Employment, Lease, Assignment, Novation, Marketing, distribution, industry Agency, etc.
AND
1. Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters;
2. Ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the higher management on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers
3. Review, draft and negotiate the agreements, consulting, agreements, terms, and amendments in English, and Arabic;
4. Draft, amend, manage, respond to, or analyses the MOAs of the Group and its amendments as needed;
5. Developing and leading corporate compliance programs;
6. Drive legal matters, court cases, and contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or execution.
7. Manage contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input;
8. Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities;
9. Maintain a deep understanding of the Group contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters;
10. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;
11. Prepare contracts for internal review and approval and ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations;
12. Interpret contracts and advises sales/ rent/ construction / consulting managers on contractual responsibilities;
13. Translate complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans;
14. At settlement, engage in negotiations with opposing parties; participate in mediations and settlement conferences with the parties; and create settlement brochures, agreements, releases, and other settlement materials.
•Litigation and Arbitration
• Handle, prepare and manage legal proceeding(s): Arbitration, lawsuit, disputes, cases, legal contest, action, cause, judicial, hearing, inquiry, tribunal, litigation, legal process, prosecution, bringing of charges, indictment, trial,

• Drafts petitions, litigation memos and legal notices and letters.
• Handling much of the paperwork in probates of estates, actions, bankruptcies, investigations, analyzing legal cases, preparing and answering interrogatories, procedural motions
