Sourcing of profiles from various sources – Job portal, Professional networks(LinkedIn, Skill pages,Referrals (Internal & External)

Tele calling of candidates in order to find out the relevancy of the sourced profile as well to check whether the candidate is suitable for the requirement or not.

Scheduling of Technical and final interviews involving regular interaction with Candidate and Middle level Management and Sr. Level Management.

Segregate and add all resumes to company proprietary database and improve the head count of the same.

Follow up till the closing of the position.

Maintain Tracking sheet for success analysis.

Tracking daily work activities and sharing the same with heads.
