CAREER: PROJECT MANAGEMENT/SCHEDULING PLANNING/: Thirty – five years in organizations in high technology industries,

the last ten years of which were in planning and project capacities,

EXPERIENE: Verify Co. Expeditor/Liaison Sept 2017-Jan 2018—Aug 2018 to the present (Part Time)

I’m working with vendor to insure their on-time delivers by comparing purchase order (PO) to the master schedule (MS), work-in- process (WIP) and the MRP system. I’m working with the project manager to insure these dates.

Raytheon: Sr. Program Analyst (Contractor ESG ) Jan. 2009 to May 2009

Development and maintenance of the Program Master Schedules, Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration. Also maintain resource scheduling & planning using SAP and MPM systems. Perform analyses and prepare reports to assist in ensuring that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform and/or assist in analysis such as critical path, schedule risk and variance analysis, like weekly EVMS reports.

Managed and controlled programs through operations such as; procurement and production plans, configuration management, vendor liaison and implemented those plans on projects or programs. Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to upper management. All projects used MS Project 2007.

Boeing: Sr. Program Analyst Sept 2007 to Feb. 2008
