Bundled Payments project is one of IBM Watson Health’s latest initiative to develop a product to cater to hospitals/providers participating in the Bundled Payments for Care Initiative (BPCI) and the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CCJR) programs which are new forms of healthcare reimbursements called episode based payments introduced by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The product provides insights and complex data analysis about the financial implications of participating in the various alternate payments initiatives introduced by CMS
Collaborating with the Director of Product Management, Market Facing Manager, Director of Analytics, Sr Manager of Engineering to articulate the product vision and strategic value of the product

It was a complex project involving analysis and aggregation of data from different data marts
