Sr. Scrum Master: Managed AT&T Innovation Group innovation project EchoBOT (Data Collection) through product development, validation, First Field Application (FFA) to deployment. Also, managed IT, Web, APP, and Security projects. Started from high-level feature definition and worked down through iteration planning, user story writing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Introduced Agile/Scrum/Kanban into a traditional waterfall organization.

Managed four development, test, and validation projects with teams consisting of AT&T and offshore (India) resources, averaging 25 team members (three Scrum teams) per project. Project budget ranged from $500K - $2M+; project typical duration 3-6 months.

US/China Start-up Projects – Bellevue, WA 06/2012 – 10/2013
