I have experience in A/R, A/P, Cash Receipts, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Sales Tax, On line Payment of Sales Tax or Payroll Taxes, Payroll and payroll taxes, Balance Sheet and Income Statement. I have worked as an Accounting Assistant for the Business Bank. I was exposed to banking operations, compliance and Regulations rules on a daily basis.
The salary range that I am looking is $28.00 - $40.00 per hour plus vacation or annual salary range $53,000.00 - $60,000.00. Salary and benefits are negotiable.
I am completed dedicated to growth in the financial field and very flexible to learn new skills or procedures. I enjoy finding solutions to problems and improving the workflow with regards to internal controls.
I worked with the full cycle of the Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable and I communicated with customers and vendors simultaneously. With the vendors I developed a complete trust and I rewarded them every time they provided information within 15 minutes with unique words of appreciation and a schedule of payments.
With the customers I displayed passion for each customer and honorable responsibility to the customer and thoroughly review of each contract showing in an AIA BILLING schedule with all the details of the contract and current charges and at the same time previous cumulative billings for each month and current balance on each contract --- Previous Summary billing, Current Billing, and Contract Balance - unbilled. There are various types of billing i.e. simple billing and structured billing.
Yes, I do have previous experience on government billing and federal government audits i.e. Payroll Audits, Unemployment Tax Audits, and Federal Government Contractor Audits.
