Engr, Abellana is a multi-hyphenated innovation lab founder and social entrepreneur with background in science and technology. She is self motivated and was trained in business proposal conceptualization, writing and pitching, both locally and internationally. She has been awarded nearly 2,000,000 pesos for different start up and projects by organizations such as the US Embassy, Rotary International, and ASEAN Foundation among others. AEAiLAb is an Innovation Lab that operates in Philippines, Cambodia and Myanmar that provides training, resources, and networks to underserved individuals to enable them to become a part of the business ecosystem in ASEAN.
Wrote all grant proposals and was awarded 2500 USD to begin operations.

RC is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. It is a non-political and non-sectarian organization open to all people regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, or political preference.
Manages all projects, partnerships, campaigns and finances of RC Davao.
Leads fundraising initiatives and partnerships with different organizations including the US Embassy Manila, Rotary International and ASUS PH, among others.
Program Head (Education and Youth Empowerment), Project GypSEAS - a transformative program that aims to provide livelihood, education and empowerment to one of the most marginalized tribes in Southeast Asia, the Sama Dilaut tribe. In charged with training over a hundred volunteers and personally teaching 200 children in the Matina Aplaya community. December 2016-Present Founder and Director, Bring Back The Color BBTC is a non-profit, youth led multi-sectoral organization that aims to protect ASEAN’s natural resources through environmental education, campaigns and community-based projects.
Campaign Manager, BBTC Online Campaign (December 2016): Led over 500 people (Facebook) all over ASEAN and India to change their profile pictures to raise awareness about coral bleaching.

Founder and Entrepreneur, #ZeroWasteDVO (April 2017-Present): Sells metal straws to promote a more sustainable living practice.
