WORK EXPERIENCE

Practice Administrator

West Haven Medical Group -West Haven, CT 2017– Current

Initially hired on to restructure and manage all clinical staff. Within 6 months I was promoted to practice administrator of all 7 practice locations and over 40 staff members. Managing daily operations: schedules, hiring, training, disciplinary action, termination, payroll via Ascentis and ADP. Maintaining compliance and standards with OSHA and CLIA. Overseeing competencies, staff development, policy and procedure. Offering daily support, training and supervision to assure best practice flow and patient outcomes are in adherence of PCMH (patient centered medical home care) quality assurance measures.
