Created Germ-X hand sanitizer from initial concept to tanker scale production. Created products that grew the company from $12M in 1992 to $65M in 2000.

Helped design batch record system that integrated chemical usage per batch with inventory.

Wrote batch records and scaled product up from bench top to full production.

Helped design bulk chemical loading system that increased efficiency by decreasing manufacturing time.

Traveled to contract packagers to train the staff on compounding and quality control of products.

Worked closely with Marketing and Business Development to target potentially lucrative markets, and the Engineering and Compounding departments on new processes required to manufacture new products.
