Specialized experience in systems training, network operations, network design and documentation development. I have performed Performance Testing, Test and Evaluation (T&E) of DOD Information Systems and Defense Messaging Systems ground and satellite messaging system software/hardware, Web Based Systems and various circuits, systems/circuit training and operations of U.S. Government Telecommunications and Commercial systems. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

The Buffalo Group, LLC – May 2018 t0 November 2018

•As a Sr. Test Engineer Level 5, I was assigned to the DEEA Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) contract as a Sr. Tester.

•Test Web based DIA applications and systems.

•Submit all problems found in the JIRA test management system and track until resolution or cancellation.

•Develop Test Cases for Sprints based on User Stories and application requirements.

•Perform documentation reviews and provide comments.

•Attend System meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Application Demos, and Requirement Review Meetings.

•Perform Functional, QA and Regression testing.

•All testing and documentation created was performed using Agile Scum process.

Solutions by Design (SBD) – April 2012 to July 2017

•As a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst, I was assigned to the Defense Contract Management Agency System Development Center (SDC) contract as test lead.

•Develop Requirement Traceability Matrix’s (RTM), Test Plans and Test Cases and Scenarios based on system requirements.

•Identify, uninstall and recover and inventory unused severs at various Nation-Wide MCI sites.

•Track, verify, update and record all recovered server’s status for redeployment using the Mantis system.

Digital Solutions, Inc. (DSI) - September 2000 to April 2001

•As a Network Engineer, I was assigned to a US Customs Service contract.

•Held the position as the Situation Room Network person, responsible for assisting Communications, Helpdesk, CICS support and Database support in all network relate Tier 3 issues with TCP/IP, OSI, T1/T3, Frame Relay, ATM and X.25 circuits and equipment.

•Supported Network switch and IPL efforts. Created Switched Major Node definitions; monitored all network mainframe software/hardware products using various software tools.

Darwin Partners - April 2000 to September 2000

•As a Sr. Communications Consultant, I was assigned to a Voice Stream Wireless communications-switching center in Norristown, Pa. as a Network Provisioner.

•Perform T1 circuit, provisioning from ordering to coordination between local and long-distance careers such as Verizon, AT&T and SPRINT on circuit and construction team for cell site completion and circuit Turn-Up.

•Attended construction and NAPA meetings.

Management Systems Designers, Inc. - November 1998 to February 2000

•As a Sr. Systems Test Engineer, I was assigned the position of Division Supervisor for two INS STARS SM/I T&E Divisions (Corporate Information Systems and Enforcement Systems Divisions).

•Performed as Liaison between the Software Developer, Government Customer and the STARS SM/I T&E Divisions.

•Responsible for a staff of 15 System Test Engineers that perform the Functional System Testing, Performance Testing, field observation of deployed software releases and new installations of software releases.

•Help define system requirements, make recommendations for change to improve the efficiency of the system standards.

•Responsible for the development of Test and Evaluation (T&E) documentation, execution of specified tests, and providing detailed reporting of all T&E activities, to support all phases of the System Development Life Cycle.

•As a Staff Consultant, I was assigned to an American Red Cross (ARC) contract as a Sr. Test Engineer where I developed test documentation for ARCs Genoprobe blood testing automation system.

Brannon and Tully/Comforce - October 1997 to July 1998

•As a Communications Consultant, I was assigned to a MCI/WORLD COMM contract as a Sr. QA Systems Analyst.

•Performed QA testing, Performance Testing, developed test documentation and user manuals and performed production support for the MCI/WORLD COMM Web Based Order Entry, Batch Order Entry and Billing GUI Web based systems.

•All testing and documentation created was performed using the Cascade process.

ITS Services, INC. - April 1996 to October 1997

•As a Communications Technician, I was assigned to a US Customs Data Center Service contract where I performed Network technical control support to the USCSs Wide Area Network (WAN) operations.

•My duties included identifying problems through fault isolation, reading of data scope/sniffer traces, diagnosing and resolving communication problems caused by TCP/IP, OSI, T1/T3, Frame Relay, ATM and X.25 circuits and equipment, in coordination with Consolidated Data Network (CDN) staff.
