Specialized experience in systems training, network operations, network design and documentation development. I have performed Performance Testing, Test and Evaluation (T&E) of DOD Information Systems and Defense Messaging Systems ground and satellite messaging system software/hardware, Web Based Systems and various circuits, systems/circuit training and operations of U.S. Government Telecommunications and Commercial systems. Multiple years of Test and Evaluation experience using the Cascade, Waterfall, Agile and Agile Scrum processes. Circuit support to include circuit Turn-UP testing, line conditioning test and circuit and equipment installs. Install and test various software packages and configure for desk top/laptop computers. The Buffalo Group, LLC – May 2018 t0 November 2018

•As a Sr. Test Engineer Level 5, I was assigned to the DEEA Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) contract as a Sr. Tester.

•Test Web based DIA applications and systems.

•Submit all problems found in the JIRA test management system and track until resolution or cancellation.

•Develop Test Cases for Sprints based on User Stories and application requirements.

•Perform documentation reviews and provide comments.

•Attend System meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Application Demos, and Requirement Review Meetings.

•Perform T1 circuit, provisioning from ordering to coordination between local and long-distance careers such as Verizon, AT&T and SPRINT on circuit and construction team for cell site completion and circuit Turn-Up.

Management Systems Designers, Inc. - November 1998 to February 2000

•As a Sr. Systems Test Engineer, I was assigned the position of Division Supervisor for two INS STARS SM/I T&E Divisions (Corporate Information Systems and Enforcement Systems Divisions).

•Performed as Liaison between the Software Developer, Government Customer and the STARS SM/I T&E Divisions.

•Responsible for a staff of 15 System Test Engineers that perform the Functional System Testing, Performance Testing, field observation of deployed software releases and new installations of software releases.

•Help define system requirements, make recommendations for change to improve the efficiency of the system standards.

•As a Communications Consultant, I was assigned to a MCI/WORLD COMM contract as a Sr. QA Systems Analyst.

•Performed QA testing, Performance Testing, developed test documentation and user manuals and performed production support for the MCI/WORLD COMM Web Based Order Entry, Batch Order Entry and Billing GUI Web based systems.

•As a Communications Technician, I was assigned to a US Customs Data Center Service contract where I performed Network technical control support to the USCSs Wide Area Network (WAN) operations.
