Started as data entry in the Commercial Billing Dept, Gas and Pipeline, ended in this department after 5 years in the Secondary cost, processing large volumes of invoices. Using SAP and Right Angle. In 2010 moved to the Customer Service Department for Lubricants Dept. Both in Domestic and Export Department. During this time I was a key instrument for changing from using files to using a database to track export orders, eliminating the use of printing out documents and tracking time sensitive information.

DATA INTEGRITY / BP MARINE/CASTROL OIL

Started in Data entry, then within 6 month moved to the Customer Service part at Air BP, which later moved to Illinois. Trained in Illinois the personal that was taking over that part of the business. moved to Marine BP worked in Customer Service and ended as Data Integrity role. My accomplishment included converting all pertaining information from Quick Books over to ISAP for the small Castrol Oil Department.
