For more than 20 years, I have operated a full-service, home-based graphic design and photography studio working primarily with trade and professional associations, publishing firms and small busi- nesses. I have extensive publications experience, producing more than 70 books and more than 50 different newsletters and magazines

I provide photographic services to my clients for conventions and meetings, corporate/staff portraits and assignment photography. My portrait work has been featured on covers and interiors for Hearing Loss Magazine, International Municipal Lawyer Magazine, Celebrate Home Magazine, and National Head Start’s Children & Families magazine. I have licensed two other series of botanical images to the USPS; publishing date TBD.

PUBLISHING EXPERIENCE

I provide blogging, writing, editing and proofreading services when needed. I have contributed as a writer and photographer at www.flowershopnetwork.com. In 2012 I co-founded and launched Celebrate Home Magazine, a quarterly lifestyle magazine (http://www.celebratehomemagazine. com), where I served as creative director, designer, photographer, content developer, and writer. SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE

I have solid social media skills as well. I manage and update many social media accounts daily, including two Facebook accounts, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, YouTube, LinkedIn, Flickr and Pinterest. TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted painting and photography workshops for my community garden club. I have also conducted garden photography lectures and workshops for local garden clubs as well as at a children’s art camp hosted by Green Spring Gardens in Alexandria, VA.
