MSP Steel & Power Ltd is an integrated steel plant of C.G. comprising of Captive Power Plant of 2*12MW & 18MW and two unit is 34MW & 12MW capacities including AFBC, CFBC and WHRB Boilers. Work experience:

June-2010 to August-2015 worked as an electrical commissioning engineer in SARDA ENERGY and MINERALS LTD.,Raigarh in 600 TPH CHP and coal benefication plant.

Presently working in MSP steel and power Ltd.,Raigarh as an electrical engineer(Operation and maintenance in electrical field).

Commissioning of 33/0.440 KV switchyard.

Proficient in carrying out tasks related to EXCITOR, ALTERNATOR, ESP, AHP, MCC PANEL, RELAY PANEL, MAIN CONTROL ROOM, LT & HT BREAKER, AC & PCC, AVR, DOL & Star Delta starter,etc. Operation:

Maintaining Load in distribution system.

Synchronizing Alternator to Grid.

Maintaining power factor and voltage in both parallel and island mode operation.

Taking reading and calculation of total generation, consumption, Import & export of Active energy, apparent energy & Reactive energy hour to hour.

Operation of Electrostatic precipitators, high voltage transformer rectifiers, electrically operated overhead crane.

Knowledge about the Operation of VFD & Soft starter.

Knowledge about the Operation of squirrel cage induction motor, slip ring induction motor and 3 phase induction motor.

Maintenance & repair of different type of I/O cards in PLC system. Maintenance:

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various equipments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools.

Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
