Facilities Utilities Supervisor. Overseeing Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Volcano Bay. All refrigeration, HVAC, and Heating.Working closely with vendors for contract development, repairs, replacements, change outs, large scale, and small. In house development of project Teams for light commercial change outs and installation, repairs.
Managing 46 Team Members, to include all safety requirements scheduling, compliance. Major project reviewing,
scope, and input for future attractions and equipment specifications. Responsible for all Preventatives for refrigeration,
walk in coolers, ice machines, Air handlers and Chilled water distribution. Partnerships and relationships working with internal customers, and restaurant needs, and repairs, projects as needed. Large party preparation, special events
cooling needs, and planning assistance, and input. Overseeing Team Members day to day needs, to include payroll, HR
issues, time management tracking and overall compliance. Versed in Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing as associated with a wide array of venues and occurrences and experience, relative to a Theme Park environment.

Property Manager. Represented Developer, worked directly for the Morse Family. Over saw 90 show models, and villas.Maintained and managed all maintenace associated with up keep, and maintained show quality ready at all times.
Managed and Supervised all associated Vendors, and drew contracts from scratch, to include job scopes, and payment. From Pool vendors, to house keeping, electrical light sweeps, and exterior, and interior repairs, replacements as needed. Maintained Landscape contracts, settled disputes in land, and ownership, representing developer. Over see elevator, and fire related safety contracts, including HVAC preventatives, change outs, repairs and first year warranty issues. Worked with special events, kitchens and food service issues, to include Vulcan oven change outs, Bakery, and a beer distillery, maintaining the glycol systems, in partnership with the brewer. Over saw a Winn Dixie, and a Publix shopping plaza, and strip stores in between. Oversaw a Charter School campus, that at the time consisted of a Pre-school, an Elementary school, and a 2 story Middle school. Maintained fire and life safety, elevator contracts, automated HVAC controls, and landscape, all inclusive.
