It s an International project (PEARL Study).The project Sponsor was PFIZER Company. Duties were; Survey, Counseling, Home visits, Reporting, Documenting, Patients Retention meetings conducting, Organizing Medical Camps, Awareness Programs, Relationship between old age people and their Family members. Provide persons, families with psychosocial support needs to cope with chronic acute or mental health illness.
