Estimator/Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Attending Pre-bid meeting, understand the scope of work and preparing a detailed quantity take off for various new and renovating projects.

Review and assess tenders ensuring all tender documents are received and are correct.

Review project drawings, designing packaging etc., providing technical insights regarding its development, and preparing directions for estimating process accordingly.

Review bid package documents issued by Architect/owner/consultant for any clarification required and for coordination between various construction disciplines.

Requesting proposals from various sub-contractors on different trades for the accuracy of bid and alternative packages and reviewing the proposals to make sure they comply with the project details and specifications.

Make tender amendments where applicable utilizing clients feedback on submitting tenders.
