In my 18 years at Intact I was rarely away due to illness. I handled small civil claims and attended court on behalf of Intact numerous times as well as handled downtime claims. In my last few years I was handling commercial claims. Independent adjuster losses were also reported to myself. I save direction and assessed the claim.
