AIRXPANDERS Inc., San jose, CA Operator Technician 02/2017 – 09/2018)

Perform GMP/GDP activities to maintain operating equipment as: laser etcher, instron pull test machine.

Use measuring equipment such as Olympus Digital Microscope to assist incoming quality assurance for inspection activities. Components include PEEK tubing with tight inner diameter tolerance, requiring test sample preparation.

Records measurements for incoming inspection on inspection forms, with best practice GDP and SOP.

Performed Solenoid and Capillary project procedure, including lapping, visual inspection and bonding.

Data collection with computer entry into excel for cap plate measurements, along with LHR’s.
