I am responsible for processing all accounts payable and accounts receivable using Simply Accounting. I process payroll biweekly and submit payroll taxes.

July 2016 - June 29, 2018: CR-05 Public Prosecution Service of Canada (Iqaluit) My main duties are to care for the financial transactions of our branch such as payment of invoices, reconciling payments, setting up vendors, and entering overtime payments. I also am responsible for arranging all travel for any witnesses that will be traveling for court.

February 2014 - present: Owner of Plannermania

I operate my own online stationery business. I hand draw characters, convert them into digital files, and print and cut them out as stickers. I designed and maintained my own website. I do all of my own marketing through social media. I am my own book keeper as well.

September 2014 - March 2015: CR-04 Transport Canada (Winnipeg) I worked in the Programs department as an administrative assistant. I cared for the financial duties related to the Airports Capital Assistance Program, which included tracking grants and contribution payments and maintaining the operating and maintenance budget.

September 2013 - August 2014: Acting AS-02 Transport Canada (Winnipeg) I provided assistance to the Churchill Airport for all administrative work. I tracked expenses and revenues, maintained the financial work plan, and reported monthly to my director. I helped in the preparation of requests for proposals and contract specs before passing files over to the contracting officer for buying large airport equipment and establishing service contracts.

September 2012 - August 2013: AS-01 Manitoba Federal Council Secretariat (Winnipeg I provid ed direct administrative support to the director. I also arranged for speakers and presentations at the monthly Federal Council meetings. I maintained the Manitoba Federal Council website.
