Managed large-scale, enterprise-wide projects and products with primary focus on quality assurance and testing support for frontline retail products and systems, including interfaces with all enterprise systems.

Author and review lesson learned from testing and QA perspective.

Create and manage testing delivery schedules with milestones, dependencies, constraints.

Originated process change that greatly decreased test environment downtime by 30% for our 200 offshore testers. This enabled cost savings of 2400 manhours per week and recovered the cost benefit of time previously lost to environment outage.

Lead project delivery activities for retail Point of Sale (POS) tablets ensuring product capabilities implemented to standards meeting User Experience (UX) needs and business objectives.

Optimized release alignment ensuring most rapid, quality delivery of product through collaboration with dev product manager and Agile SCRUM teams in Rally-based user story grooming and sprint planning for POS tablet releases.

Implemented financial loan\lease product (Oracle NFS) replacing existing installment plan product. Initiated and led user story to test case mapping providing stakeholders with on demand visibility for coverage and health of 120 product UX\user stories in test.

Initiated and assembled portfolio of key T-Mobile enterprise capabilities mapped to specific regression test cases enabling a business capabilities health view of daily automated tests, quickly identifying business critical faults.

Senior Test Analyst (Technical Project Manager) 2007 – 2012

Led product testing for enterprise test projects with touch points across IT, engineering, and 3rd-party systems.

Authored test strategy. Planned and managed retail-centric testing for enterprise projects as test lead.

Introduced to test organization, first systematic process of requirements mapping using HP Quality Center Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) product.
