Provide pertinent equipment inventory and tracking information to government equipment custodians as required.upgrade hardware and software as required. Provide technical assistance to users for software and hardware related problems. Identify and provide description and specifications for repair parts. Provide detailed information on malfunctions of equipment under warranty for reporting to vendor. Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze microcomputer deficiencies. Take corrective action such as repairing and/or replacing workstations. Performs moderately complex systems and database administration. Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance. Troubleshoot and run diagnostics on microcomputer equipment, effect repairs on microcomputers, peripheral devices, terminals, scanners and other related equipment as part of a technical team. Install and inspect, tag, distribute, and test incoming computer and network communications hardware to ensure all parts have been received and are in satisfactory condition. This may involve moving incoming computer hardware from the loading dock to a temporary storage area.

In addition to my system administrator duties I also perform the following task to keep the network in compliance. Service accounts, maintains system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system-wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Interacts with users. Coordinates installation, and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. Auditing computer systems to ensure that they are operating securely and that data is protected from both internal and external attack.

Monitor security assessments with Nessus tools to ensure adherence to customer specific security policy, procedures and industry standards. Provide on-site Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) Support services in support of the Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation. This on-site technical assistance shall include troubleshooting application errors, load errors and system failures; providing system integration services; and investigating incidental and recurring maintenance problems for ULLS-A. The CFSR shall be capable of maintaining security files and associated documents. The CFSR shall troubleshoot and resolve relational database problems. He shall install/load new Army approved software version releases. The CFSR shall maintain Windows 7, Professional server operating system and perform light troubleshooting and maintenance of server hardware. He shall assist personnel in drafting Standard Operating Procedures and operating manuals. The CFSR shall provide telephonic help services to assist in resolving user problems and perform ULLS-A software troubleshooting.

The CFSR shall restore system files, fix corrupt files, rebuild data files, and maintain the ULLS-A security files. He shall perform light hardware maintenance to include printer setup, trouble-shooting and maintenance. He shall assist new users with ULLS-A system requirements and techniques. The Contractor shall provide monthly status reports to the PO ULLS, the FEDSIM COR, and the field unit being supported. Field units and locations to be supported are located within all 50 states and overseas.

I the Contractor Field Service Representative (CFSR) will provide on-site Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation support, to include systems maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and analysis. It is desirable that the CFSR possess the following skills and attributes:

Current knowledge and full understanding of U.S. Army logistics management policies and procedures;

Information Management Officer-I’m responsible for troubleshooting LAN, WAN connectivity, and maintaining database and parser server for client users. Constructed the network structure for LAN and WAN connectivity for the Hawaii RESET program. Managed the day-to-day operations, analyzed, identified and solved computer issues.
