Minimizing the breakdown and increasing the utilization factor by following the preventive maintenance as per manufacturer recommendation

Involved in listing of spare parts for all machines, ABC analysis, budget planning, classification of spares and consumable, Project for cost reduction on spare part and consumables.

Planning and Execution of Plant expension projects from concept to handover process.

Reducing power consumption by regular monitoring of power consumption and implementation of corrective tools.
