Update and maintain Management Systems and set up filing systems to track business information, including accounts, contacts, clients, insurance/claim information, sales, expenses, emails and important documents.
Use Xactimate estimating software, including uploading information through XactAnalysis to insurance companies, using the sketch tool to develop floor plans and uploading images/documents/contact lists to support estimate.
Track Inventory, communicate with warehouse staff and maintain logbook as required.
Type and format web pages, correspondence, newsletters, forms and presentations.
Design and develop marketing materials using various computer programs, such as Constant Contact, Publisher, Photoshop and PowerPoint, including working with suppliers to meet budget and deadlines.
Worked in a team environment to develop trade show displays and attended shows to promote business.
Train staff to use Information Management System, office automation tools, and a variety of software.
