In this role I am responsible for monitoring Quality throughout the facility. Duties include monitoring Tire curing, validating rejects, approving machinery for use, monitoring and controlling the use of raw materials, calibration of industrial machinery and measuring devices, and any other duties as assigned by QC management.

2010 – 2018 Quality Control Lab/Floor Technician, Bonset America Corporation

8 years as a Quality Control Tech responsible for testing plastic samples, inspecting finished product at the production line as well as in the laboratory. Extensive use of lab equipment, communication with management and employees, and research for customer claims (Root Cause Analysis). In November 2017, I was selected to be a part of a 2 person presentation team that represented Bonset America at the Global Process Improvement Conference in Tokyo, Japan where we presented process improvements implemented at our facility using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
