It operates through the whole chain of value in the industry, from exploration and production -upstream- to industrial transformation, logistics and marketing –downstream. The company is ranked within the top ten oil companies in the world and it is the largest company in Mexico.

Developed 10 new business accounts in 1-year, representing monthly sales of +50 million litres of fuel.

International Operations Management

As Import & Export Program Manager for Pemex Transformación Industrial, with responsibility of $30 billion USD/year, Luis is the key contact with P.M.I. Trading Limited, to operate the inter-company trade contract on a daily basis.

Responsible for importing into Mexico all refined products by sea or land (+600K barrels per day) in a timely manner.
