I have been employed with the federal government, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), since the year 2000 and have held various positions in the public sector prior to CRA. I have recently retired from the government and am now seeking employment with the public sector as a welcomed new change in my life. It welcome the opportunity to share my years of experience and knowledge with your company. As referenced, below I have provided the last 11 years I worked with the Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Directorate within the Public Affairs Branch of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Also included below are a list of various positions held from the year 2000 to 2008 within other branches of CRA. All of which were executive administrative positions. I did not include detail of these positions; however, I can provide them upon request.

Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Directorate/Intake Unit:

Workload management Officer-April 08,2008 to August 20018

The ATIP directorate provides tax information to taxpayers, should the information exist. This includes internal and external clients. Once a request is received it is then the Intake Unit's responsiblity to complete the various processes involved in the lifetime of a request.

The intake unit is administatively involved in the entire life cycle of a request. This includes the intial creation of the file, all of the administation of the records and data entries necessary within the electronic files processed and carried through to the end, when it is time to send the information to the requestor.

ATIP - Intake Responsibilities (2013-2017):

Assist manager with workload management amongst 8 clerical staff members.

Quality assurance

Monitor, manage, maintain and the delegate the workload amongst the Intake clerical staff members.

Electronic customer service - Intake electronic mailbox-used by internal and external CRA clients.

Manage and monitor status updates, new requests, enquiries, complaints etc…all ATIP request related.

Problem solving and provide solutions for many internal and external clients in reference to questions, status of requests, concerns, and or comments.

Manage the process of incoming complaints from open to closure.

All of the above communication at its best, either in writing or by phone.

Produce, edit, and post monthly summary reports on line for public viewing.

Organize 5 different geographically located quarterly teleconference information sessions per year. To an audience of many CRA representatives.

Manage and maintain the director's daily schedule

ATIP-2012-2013 Administrative Assistant to the Director of ATIP

Organize and manage meetings, agenda's and necessary information required

Organize manage and maintain incoming and outgoing information

ATIP-2008-2012 Analyst

Review and process information received in compliance to the Act.

Preparation of final information to be sent out to the requestor

Volunteered as a charity organizer/member as well.
