Direct and manage Social Media & Marketing Assistant and provide support and guidance.

1.Launched Aurel & took PCPM-1.33 L started from base zero.

My job was to perform for two division's simultaneously-Ethical as well for PCD by generating leads through down level team and to mature them. Thus, I was taking care for developing strategies and business development for both the divisions.

2.Launched new division of M/S Ravenbhel pharma, took sale from PCPM of 40ths to 90ths

3.Increased the PCPM from 7 L to 20L for Main Division. Also launched bioscience division which was later merged in to main division. My all ASM's were recognized and awarded for their performance. Month by month my team MSR's also topped at their respective HQ's in their product wise sales and was recognized for same.

4.Increased productivity by 30% for M/S Symcox research labs.

Streamlined all the operations related to field including revenue generation, sales & team management & brought profitability up to the mark of management expectation.

5.Launched Meyer with a success story.0-3.50L.
