Moving all the invoices into “PAS” (Principal Accounting System) through web system/ application named “Collaborate”.

Generating Monthly /Weekly E-Bill DA for Agency fees Principal like Hapag Lloyd, Sea Trade, Burger feeder services, Burger liner Agencies, Evergreen, Muller liner, Yang Ming etc. Same is sent for approval to port office and on approval same is forward to respective principal.

Also Preparing subagent DAs on Behalf of Royal Burger Group (RBG) for S5 Agency world clients/principals and owners for North Europe region (for countries/ports like Immigham, Grangemouth, Tees, Karsto, Tilbury etc.)

Checking them as per tariff’s agreed between Principal’s and Ship Owners through the common system named “Agency Now” (shared between Gemini and our client S5 Agency World)

Handling & Checking DA as per Proforma (PFA) and updating Checklist for owners DA,then DA is generated and dispatched or e-mail to the principal as per agreement.

Preparing Reports on Weekly basis for the DA status and DA problem list.
