Provide high-level Recruiting and Operations support to the companies CEO and President of the company.
Perform a wide variety Recruiting and Operations functions which included developing effective job postings on job boards, reviewing resumes and conducted phone, Skype and in-person interviews. Oversaw the entire Human Resources and Recruiting functions for a 100+ Employee Call Center and acted as an Assistant to the Office Manager.
Directed all Human Resources and Recruiting efforts. Conducted in-depth strategy meetings to fulfill companies hiring needs. Developed forms and processes that were instrumental in keeping the call center full staffed and set strong guidelines to hold our associates accountable to. Provided Recruiting and HR Support to two Call Centers for ramp-ups for new campaigns and opening of new Call Center Sites.
Managed and oversaw Recruiting efforts and strategies to fulfill client and companies needs and assisted in the openings of new sites. Provided HR Support to HR Business Partners and Managers in developing processes that were key and instrumental in which set forth best practices and gave management more efficiencies in managing their time and staff most effectively. Assisted with Recruitment strategies, set up and oversaw job fairs and partnered with various community partners in order to fulfill needs of the Call Centers. Set up and set forth policies and procedures that were effective and that best met both the companies and client’s expectations.
