Security: Worked with MDA Facilities Security Officer, under Foreign Owned Control or Influence (FOCI), to ensure both classified and unclassified systems meet requirements as defined by National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Defense Security Service; assisted with development of Electronic Control Plans (ECP) and Technology Control Plans (TCP) under Proxy Agreement and Government Security Council (GSC) oversight.

Responsible for managing day-to-day, technical activities for the Alvion ListKey product line; a list count, fulfillment, and sales automation system providing a SaaS e-commerce and web-service platform for information/database marketing organizations.
