I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, with a focus on Language and

Work Experience

Working for Nesco Resources, I am a temporary agent, working assignments that
office related, such as data entry and order maintenance. My duties range based on assignment, and can call upon any of a number of skills I either may already possess, or gain through training at the job in question.
Concordia Visiting Nurses Middlesex, PA 6/2017-6/2018
Working at Concordia Visiting Nurses, I was hired as scheduler for their Skilled Nursing division. My responsibilities included constructing intelligent, concise schedules for nurses to see patients in an efficient and complete manner, as well as ensuring that all patients were seen when needed. This sometimes extended to adapting schedules on the fly. My duties included accurate record-keeping of all interactions and information on a daily basis, as well as consistent upkeep of records to reflect changes in patient and nurse requirements.
Books-A-Million Clearview Mall, Butler, PA 8/2013-6/2017
I started as a Keyholder in 2013 and progressed to Assistant General Manager in
2014. I was responsible for accurate records keeping, training of new employees
on procedures and equipment, completion of daily and special task work,
inventory tracking, special orders, and customer relations and service. In this
position, I was also responsible for creating documents that pertained to
employee performance, detailed action plans, and instructional documents.
Borders Books Pittsburgh Mills, Tarentum, PA 10/2005-10/2009
My first position with Borders was as an Inventory Processor. My duties
included alphabetizing and distributing the books to their proper locations.
During my years there, I progressed to Bookseller, and eventually became the
Events Coordinator there, contacting authors and artists to appear at the location,
and planning and executing special events such as book release parties for
large, noteworthy releases, including the final book in the Twilight series.
Proficiencies
I am well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Word,
Excel, and Publisher. I am also acquainted with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
