Accomplishments:

Created and implemented guidelines including standard MDM resulting in improving data integrity to 99%. This reduced risks, improved data for analysis, improved forecasting, improved customer facing data, and improved financial reporting.

Developed new BI/Data Analysis tool to review inventory variances which resulted in a decrease of overall inventory variances from 12% to 2% which lead to a savings of $2 MM USD in the first year. Created cycle count program to administer $668 MM USD of inventory to support SOX compliance policy.

Structured an inventory liquidation which resulted $500K USD profit in each quarter for 3 quarters, also reducing inventory holding costs, and reduced the obsolete inventory accrual charge. Created an MRP tool for operations with ATP from the existing ERP data. This helped to increase OTIF by15% and decreased stock outs by 50%.

Created new metrics to review inventory variances which resulted in a decrease of overall inventory variances from 12% to 2%.
